Job summary

Agile5 Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a QA & Test Engineer for on-site work. You will lead QA efforts, develop test plans, and perform automated reconciliation and accessibility testing to ensure migration accuracy and compliance with Section 508 WCAG 2.1 AA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience varies by degree: PhD 0 years; Master's 3 years; Bachelor's 5 years; HS 9 years.
• Hands-on with pytest, Selenium, SoapUI and SQL-based data validation.
• Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA and accessibility tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse).
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans for various testing phases.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews and present results to stakeholders.
• Design, build, and run automated data reconciliation scripts for migration validation.
• Perform accessibility testing per Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
• Create Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) and VPATs.
• Conduct usability testing with end users and validate performance under load.
• Execute live automated scripts during demonstrations and validate production readiness.
• Track defects and manage testing workflows in enterprise tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation.
