Job summary
The Josef Group in Chantilly, VA seeks a seasoned software QA professional with 6+ years of testing experience to ensure the quality of our web-based enterprise applications. Candidates will develop and execute test plans and test cases, perform manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver, and contribute to continuous quality improvements within an Agile/SAFe environment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

- Develop and execute software test plans and test cases.

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or software development
Experience developing and executing software test plans and test cases
Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver or comparable automation tools
Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
Experience performing both manual and automated software testing
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
Experience working within SAFe or Agile development teams
ISTQB Certified Tester or comparable software testing certification
