Objective: We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automated testing for web applications. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the quality and reliability of modern web-based systems. Experience with SharePoint applications is a plus but will be a small portion of the overall testing scope. The position also involves validating data at the database level using SQL, creating user-facing tutorial materials, and providing customer support when needed. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate issues in a clear and understandable manner. Strong writing/proofreading, organizational, communication and research skills, solid work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures. Healthcare industry, contract, and data privacy experience preferred.
