Job summary

LCI is hiring a QA Technician in Hazlehurst, MS, with a 7:30 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform process development, verification, and improvements, generate flow charts and documentation, and support NPI processes and BOM validation.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma (some college preferred), knowledge of ISO 9000, Lean manufacturing, 5S, and strong MS Office skills, plus experience in manufacturing quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff levels.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, Lean manufacturing and 5S; strong MS Office skills; ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, and improve processes; update flow charts and docs; act as ISO facilitator.
• Review manufacturing processes for capability and efficiency gaps; recommend improvements.
• Conduct routine documentation audits and update procedures as needed.
• Ensure business processes are documented and flowcharted across departments.
• Inspect products and raw materials before receiving; support supplier specs and QA docs.
