Job summary

Sioux Manufacturing is seeking a QA Technician to support internal and external customers by applying prescribed quality assurance tools and inspection practices. You will perform analytical tests, evaluate results, and ensure conformance to requirements within the quality management system.

Responsibilities include receiving, in-process, and final inspections, maintaining quality records, reporting material movements in Visual Manufacturing, and communicating test results to relevant personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: work experience in quality assurance testing.
• Knowledge of QA principles and inspection practices.
• Ability to document and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections per documented instructions.
• Maintain legible quality records from inspections.
• Report material counts and movements in Visual Manufacturing.
• Communicate inspection results to appropriate personnel.
• Accept or reject material based on customer requirements.
• Conduct lab tests per documented instructions and compare results to requirements.
