What You Will Do
  1. Perform detailed inspections to identify defects and variations from established standards. Immediately communicate non-conforming observations to supervisor to ensure quality is built into all products.
  2. Complete customer order verification to ensure product accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  3. Document both conforming and non-conforming issues within predetermined timeframes.
  4. Select and inspect product samples for customer review and approval.
  5. Identify incorrect or damaged products before final packaging and properly separate non-conforming items.
  6. Validate quality processes, measure production standards at critical control points, and thoroughly document findings.
  7. Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and efficient results that support operational excellence and total customer satisfaction.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
What You Will Bring
  1. Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  2. Experience in printing.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating respect for all members.
  4. Strong listening skills as part of effective communication.
  5. Ability to apply basic calculations related to product quantities.
  6. Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  7. Capability to follow various instructions whether written, oral, or in diagram form.
  8. Clear and effective communication using practical common sense.
  9. Analytical thinking skills to contribute to process improvement, with emphasis on excellence and attention to detail.
  10. Physical ability to safely lift and carry 30 lbs.
