Job summary

Merit Medical is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician/Intern to support Post Market Surveillance, recall actions, and quality system documentation in a regulated medical device environment. This fixed-term role assists with record maintenance, data entry, and administrative duties under supervision.

You will help with inspections, tracking, and documentation, escalate overdue responses, and collaborate with Recall Coordinators to ensure accuracy and traceability through all recall-related

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in technical/science/quality/regulatory fields or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a regulated industry preferred (medical device/pharma/biotech).
• Experience with quality systems, documentation practices, traceability, and recordkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality records per procedures and document control requirements.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and organization of quality system records.
• Support review of records for completeness and traceability.
• Assist with recalls, field actions, and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure documents and forms are kept in inspection-ready state.
• Support reconciliation of affected, returned, or destroyed product and related acknowledgments.
