Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a QA Technician II in Ogden, UT to lead improvements in quality application on the shift. You will analyze quality data, audit processes, and support compliance with QA programs and safety standards.

You will train teammates on procedures, monitor new quality initiatives, and conduct post-shift reviews to address concerns and root causes. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 – 6 years technical related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and report quality data including HACCP, Net Weights, and EQA results.
• Audit production processes to ensure quality procedures, testing, and programs are followed.
• Work with production, QA technicians, and management to support quality system compliance.
• Train employees on quality programs, testing procedures, SPC, HACCP, AIB, charting, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor and audit newly implemented quality programs to ensure adoption and compliance.
• Conduct end-of-shift QA review meetings to discuss quality concerns, complaints, and root-cause analysis.
• Support food safety, food defense, and overall product quality initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will ensure the overall adherence to the quality standards and will work in conjunction with production supervisors to improve process controls and product quality.
