Job summary

Our client in the medical device sector is seeking a QA Technician I/Electrical Technician to join the Burlington, MA team. The role supports manufacturing and product development, focusing on quality inspections and documentation.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proactive work ethic, with a 3-4 month duration and $20/hr on W2. Candidates will perform inspections, calibrations, and participate in Gage R&R studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.
• Experience assisting with validations, qualifications, calibration, and NCMR dispositioning.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience with optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, pressure and force testing fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article incoming inspection of purchased components and inspection of production operations, including documenting inspection and audit results.
• Conduct final product inspections against specifications and procedural requirements.
• Document nonconformances and initiate related documentation changes.
• Monitor and perform calibration and maintenance of all test equipment and fixtures.
• Assist with or perform Gage R&R studies, process control, and monitoring of critical-to-quality parameters and specifications.
