Job summary

Incora is seeking a QA Technician to oversee quality assurance activities at distribution centers, ensuring documentation and certifications accompany received materials and support traceability. You will verify test reports, manage inventory quality, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve non-conformities while maintaining accurate records and packaging integrity.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional interaction across levels.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify that quality and documentation are complete for received materials.
• Use inventory systems and portals as a quality representative, noting material information and discrepancies.
• Review shelf life and storage conditions in the system per product and customer specs.
• Release conforming material with lot/batch, expiration, bin location, placards and labels for warehouse processing.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate with procurement and suppliers to resolve non-conforming materials.
• Monitor temperature recording devices and act on outliers or failures.

We are currently seeking an exceptional QA Tech to join our team.

The QA Technician is responsible for Quality Assurance activities associated with receiving inspection, labeling, storing, and shipping chemicals at the distribution centers. This position is required to ensure all products arrive with the required documentation, including test reports, process and raw material certifications, etc. to ensure compliance with customer specific requirements and trackability, thereby avoiding non-conformance to the end user.

Key Activities

• Responsible for inspecting and verifying that the quality
• Assure documents. Received are applicable, complete and accurate in relation to the product received, in accordance with department work instructions.
• Responsible for trouble shooting the situation to communicate appropriately to internal and external customers, and suppliers, and as seek a resolution for the appropriate required documentation.

About Role

• Perform quality assurance review through verifying the received materials and required certification package (i.e., Test Reports, Raw Materials Reports, Manufacturers Certification of Conformance, Process Certifications, Shelf Life, Storage Requirements, and evidence of part numbers and lot numbers) for part traceability and document accuracy in compliance with customer/product requirements
• Utilize inventory management and client quality systems/portals as an active company quality representative notating material information and/or discrepancies; document and segregate/placards as required
• Review and assign shelf life and storage conditions in the inventory management system based on product and customer specifications
• Release conforming material consistently (with the following information: lot/batch, expiration date, bin location, placards, and labels) for warehouse processing (stock put away, picking, shipping, etc.)
• Perform root cause analysis and communication actively with the procurement team and suppliers/vendors to resolve discrepancies for non-conforming materials as required
• Observe temperature recording devices on storage units, (i.e. freezers) and perform required actions and release appropriate communications when outliers/failures occur.

About You

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal customers, serving all levels of the company
• Proven ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills Clear and accurate data entry and documentation
• Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required Basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
