• Good hand-eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Pull sample of eggs from machine.
• Do internal egg temperature checks.
• Do Egg Breakout and report fertility.
• Count chicks off of production line.
• Watch machines and record information.
• Conduct egg pack assessments.
• Conduct Chick assessments.
• Conduct water loss assessments.
• Record data in Mtech and MyQM.
• Backup night shift personnel.
• Backup embrex and spray vac mixers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by Hatchery Manager.
