Versova is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure compliance with USDA and state regulations, plus company policies, maintaining top food safety and quality standards. The role collaborates across departments to implement and oversee quality plans and supports operations to keep the plant running per safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be organized, and uphold Versova's core values while ensuring accurate records and traceability in all processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet or exceed USDA, company, and customer specifications.
• Monitor compliance with Federal and State regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain logs, records, test instruments, and supplies.
• Monitor wash water, sanitizer, pH, temperatures, and other processing controls.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections to ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Oversee product traceability within hold and rework programs.
• Communicate deviations and deficiencies to management promptly.
• Support operations to maintain efficient plant operation while ensuring compliance.
• Promote Versova's guiding principles and core values.
