Job summary

FTI is seeking a Quality Technician to sustain a safe work environment while supporting Excellerate Quality plans across the manufacturing process. The role includes audits, adherence to safety policies and quality procedures, and collaboration with leaders to drive improvements.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 years of quality management experience, and a 6 am–6 pm weekday schedule with possible overtime. Travel is 0–10%.

Responsibilities

• Review quality metrics to drive continuous improvement of processes and products.
• Conduct scheduled internal audits to monitor the Quality Management System.
• Ensure employees follow safety and quality policies.
• Monitor performance against safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Assist with CAPA processes and coordinate data collection for quality.
• Provide inspection reports and support materials.
