Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Review daily paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist plant personnel with food safety and sanitation issues.
• Analyze documents for trends in product chemistry (salts, moisture, fats, proteins).
• Update and review packaging, logs, and validations.
• Conduct swabs and validation tests as needed.
• Support technicians when needed.
