This role applies advanced inspection techniques, supports defect investigations, and partners closely with Engineering and Operations to maintain product quality in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The position operates with moderate autonomy and contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:*** Utilize **Olympus MX-50 microscopes** and other precision inspection tools to perform defect inspections on advanced probing technology products.* Conduct **in-process and finished goods inspections** to ensure materials and products meet quality and customer requirements.* Identify, document, and generate reports for **nonconforming materials or products.*** Coordinate with **Engineering and cross-functional teams** to investigate root causes and support corrective actions.* Validate outgoing product data for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications, update inspection results and inventory records in quality systems.* Capture and document inspection images for analysis, traceability, and reporting* Perform **data entry** and maintain accurate inspection and quality records.* Use hand tools to assemble, inspect, and adjust mechanical assemblies as required.* Work collaboratively within a **shift-based team environment**, while also performing as an individual contributor to meet daily inspection and production targets.* Support operations and engineering activities as needed to meet quality and delivery commitments.**Skills:**Following Instructions, Hand Tools, Inspection Equipment, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Microsoft Office, Operating Microscopes, Probe Cards, Semiconductor Manufacturing**Education & Experience:**Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience. Pay may vary in other locations.
