Job summary

Centerline Machine is a Dielectric Manufacturing company specializing in component machining and fabrication. The QA Technician Lead will oversee inspection and measurement of finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires hands-on use of inspection tools, reading blueprints, and guiding operators. Expect collaboration in process improvements, supplier quality, and customer audits, with a focus on precision, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Use blueprints and customer data to verify requirements.
• Operate inspection equipment per data to ensure part tolerance.
• Inspect set-up, in-process and final parts.
• Document discrepancies and communicate to relevant areas.
• Collect SPC data and assess process capability.
• Maintain fixtures and tooling; train operators as needed.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and corrective actions.
• Assist on audits and issue RMAs as required.

We deliver world class service using our family and company values to guide all that we do.Open to Change | Passion | Get ‘r Done| Respect | Responsible & Accountable | Accept the ChallengeJob Summary:The QA Technician Lead will perform any number of tasks relating to the inspection and measurement of finished goods to ensure they meet our Quality Standards.Essential Functions:Use blueprints and other customer supplied data to check requirements.Using inspection equipment and customer supplied data ensure parts meet requirements, such as geometric tolerances.Inspect set-up, in process and final piece parts. Communicate discrepancies to appropriate areas.Gather SPC data and determine process capability.Maintain quality control standards and procedures.
