We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. We are seeking a QA Technician to support the Technician Quality Team at our Fort Worth, Texas facility. You will be entrusted with supporting validation work in manufacturing quality of materials and packaging.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses, inspections, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, checks, and qualitative tests on samples to maintain and certify test instruments and apparatus.
  • Prepare and monitor quality statistics and reports, review production records for procedure conformance.
  • Conduct non-conformance tests and evaluate results, initiating re-sampling, re-testing, or hold procedures as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Work hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Travel requirements: 0 to 10%.
  • Relocation assistance: No.
