Polydeck is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to inspect in-process and finished product to ensure items meet engineering standards. This on-site role is based at our Spartanburg, SC facility and offers day and night shift options with a competitive hourly rate.
Responsibilities include recording data, initiating non-conformances, and performing final quality inspections while supporting the shipping team and ISO auditing activities. Prior QA or manufacturing exposure is preferred.

This position is performed in a non-conditioned manufacturing environment where dust, noise, and rubber odors are present. Employees regularly work with molding machines, hand tools, gauges, and related production equipment.
The role requires sufficient vision and hearing to perform essential duties safely and effectively. Safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and other required PPE must be worn in the manufacturing facility. This position involves heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The role requires continuous standing and walking, frequent reaching and lifting/carrying, and occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
