Job summary

Incora is seeking a QA Technician to join our distribution center team. You will perform quality assurance reviews on received materials and certification packages to ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities include using quality systems to record discrepancies, setting shelf life and storage parameters, and releasing conforming materials with proper lot numbers and labels. You will collaborate with procurement to resolve non-conformances and monitor temperature devices

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS 9120 quality management systems preferred.
  • Experience documenting and tracing materials; strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Review received materials and certification packages for traceability.
  • Use inventory and quality systems to note discrepancies.
  • Assign shelf life and storage conditions in the system.
  • Release conforming material with lot, expiration, bin, placards, and labels.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis with procurement and suppliers.
  • Observe storage temperature devices and report outliers.

The QA Technician is responsible for Quality Assurance activities associated with receiving inspection, labeling, storing, and shipping chemicals at the distribution centers. This position is required to ensure all products arrive with the required documentation, including test reports, process and raw material certifications, etc. to ensure compliance with customer specific requirements and trackability, thereby avoiding non-conformance to the end user.

Key Activities:
  • * Responsible for inspecting and verifying that the quality
  • Assure documents. Received are applicable, complete and accurate in relation to the product received, in accordance with department work instructions.
  • Responsible for trouble shooting the situation to communicate appropriately to internal and external customers, and suppliers, and as seek a resolution for the appropriate required documentation.

About Role:
  • * Perform quality assurance review through verifying the received materials and required certification package (i.e., Test Reports, Raw Materials Reports, Manufacturers Certification of Conformance, Process Certifications, Shelf Life, Storage Requirements, and evidence of part numbers and lot numbers) for part traceability and document accuracy in compliance with customer/product requirements
  • * Utilize inventory management and client quality systems/portals as an active company quality representative notating material information and/or discrepancies; document and segregate/placards as required
  • * Review and assign shelf life and storage conditions in the inventory management system based on product and customer specifications
  • * Release conforming material consistently (with the following information: lot/batch, expiration date, bin location, placards, and labels) for warehouse processing (stock put away, picking, shipping, etc.)
  • * Perform root cause analysis and communication actively with the procurement team and suppliers/vendors to resolve discrepancies for non-conforming materials as required
  • * Observe temperature recording devices on storage units, (i.e. freezers) and perform required actions and release appropriate communications when outliers/failures occur.
About You:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • * Experience Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal customers, serving all levels of the company
  • Proven ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills Clear and accurate data entry and documentation
  • Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required Basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
