Job summary

Incora is hiring an Onsite Representative in Palmdale to manage line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables in a semiconductor environment. You will ensure availability, safety, and accurate recordkeeping to support continuous production.

Responsibilities include processing replenishments, receiving materials, resolving issues with teams, and maintaining compliant storage areas. Requires 2+ years in warehousing/logistics and strong inventory skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations (semiconductor or industrial environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, order processing, and material control processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow chemical handling procedures, wear required PPE and maintain a safety‑first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and customer representatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow‑through on assigned tasks.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities to meet customer demands, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Must maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
  • Receive, verify, and distribute materials in accordance with customer specifications and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve day‑to‑day supply or quality issues.
  • Support the setup, labelling, and organization of new line‑side and warehouse storage areas.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting metrics, and documentation in line with company and customer standards.
  • Identify and eliminate potential supply chain or material flow issues through data analysis and observation.
  • Ensure all operations comply with chemical handling standards, PPE requirements, and site safety protocols.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, maintaining clear communication with production, engineering, and EHS personnel.
  • Maintain orderly and compliant work areas, including housekeeping of on‑site storage and accommodation spaces.
  • Maintain working knowledge of chemicals, parts, and materials used on site, including storage requirements, SDS details, and handling protocols.
  • Replenish and organize line‑side bins, cabinets, and chemical stations as needed to support production demand.
  • Inspect inventory for expiration dates, container integrity, and compliance with labelling requirements.
  • Receive shipments, verify product documentation, and ensure materials meet specifications before use.
  • Package, label, and prepare materials for transport between customer buildings or off‑site locations.
  • Operate hand scanners and inventory systems to process orders and update stock levels in real time.
  • Safely handle and deliver chemical drums, totes, and supplies using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (after certification).
  • Report material shortages, damage, or quality concerns immediately to site leadership for corrective action.
  • Communicate proactively with Production Leads and Supervisors to coordinate replenishment needs and schedule adjustments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or safety risks.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA.
  • Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and required training sessions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational continuity.

The Onsite Representative is responsible for managing and replenishing line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at assigned customer locations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This hands‑on position ensures all materials are available, properly handled, and safely delivered to support continuous production. The role requires strict attention to chemical safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with site and regulatory standards while maintaining strong communication with both the customer and internal support teams.

About Role:

About You:
