Job summary

Arc Beverage LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Lab Technician to join our Baltimore production team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through pre-operation checks, GMP adherence, and rigorous QC testing on the floor.

You will lead testing activities, verify labels, monitor critical control points, and support safety initiatives while collaborating with production and quality teams in a fast-paced, growing co-pack environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient reading and writing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation inspections.
• Monitoring Critical control points.
• Verifying labels.
• Performing shelf-life evaluations.
• Monitoring GMP & Safety compliance of employees in production.
• Adhering to GSFI policies and procedures.
• Must always work safely and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Compliance with Arc Beverage policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will assist the Quality Manage r i n quality control and quality assurance during production . This person will spend most of their time on the production floor.

Qualifications: What you know

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Must be detailed oriented and have excellent follow-up skills
• Must demonstrate basic math skills
• Must be proficient in reading and writing
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some holidays and weekends
