Job summary

Extron is seeking a QA Associate to collaborate with the QA Engineer in evaluating product specifications, reviewing and modifying test procedures, and creating standard procedures for AV hardware and software. The role supports development across our growing line of Extron solutions.

Ideal candidates hold an AS or certificate in electronics, have 1+ year in electronics, can read schematics, and are proficient with oscilloscope, DMM, Windows, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• AS degree or Certificate in computer and/or electronic technology.
• 1+ years of experience in electronics (Professional Audio/Video a plus).
• Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings.
• Knowledge of using oscilloscope, DMM and related test equipment.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel application and Windows OS.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

Responsible to work closely with QA Engineer to evaluate product specification including reviewing, modifying and creating standard test procedures.

Qualified candidates will have:

Salary range: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
