Job summary

Native Maine Operations Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to inspect all produce deliveries and orders in the warehouse. You will administer daily QC checks, document results, and assist in staff training on QC issues.

You will perform quality control audits on outbound shipments and coordinate with management when products do not meet USDA and company standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork across shifts, with safety and OSHA policy knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational skills, time management and mathematical skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

Quality Control Job Summary:The Quality control Inspector is responsible for the inspection of all produce deliveries/orders within the warehouse to ensure that all product ordered adheres to USDA specifications/customer quality standards within the Carbonella and Desarbo operation. The ideal candidate will administer daily QC checks on all produce within the warehouse and document their inspection results. Assist with training staff on how to properly identify QC issues. Performing quality control audits on all outbound shipments.
