Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on materials, packaging, and finished products
• Verify labels, lot codes, expiration dates, seals, and product counts
• Conduct line clearance and first-piece inspections
• Complete quality documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Identify and report quality or food safety concerns
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized production areas
• Work closely with production and sanitation teams to maintain product quality

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Schedule: Monday – Friday with possible overtime and weekend work based on production needs
