Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation in Anderson, SC is seeking a QA Supervisor to develop, implement, and maintain the quality assurance systems for dietary supplement manufacturing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline with exposure to Chemistry, Microbiology, and/or Biology.
• Professional quality discipline certifications (CQE, CQA, CQM or RAB) desired.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience establishing and maintaining quality systems in dietary supplements/pharmaceutical manufacturing with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Professional Quality discipline certifications (CQMOE, CQE, CQA, RAC) desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA programs including batch records review and release.
• Lead and develop QA staff and coordinate with HR on personnel matters.
• Implement and enforce GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, plans, and performance metrics for QA department.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and improve QMS documentation and procedures.
• Plan and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure training programs for QA staff.
