Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in El Paso, TX. This role provides direct management of technical staff and helps ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple quality functions.

The position emphasizes supervising quality activities, audits support (FDA/ISO), and driving continuous improvement initiatives while managing budget and resources in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum three years of pharma/medical device manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading supplier audits and implementing corporate quality initiatives.

Mansioni

• Supervise quality activities and compliance programs within focused areas (Supplier Quality, Quality Operations and Project Quality).
• Implement local business organizational goals; specifically around quality.
• Proactively identify obstacles hindering associates from delivering their goals.
• Ensure organization is staffed, organized and resourced to fulfill obligations and comply with regulations.
• Supervise/train/mentor Quality personnel at the Engineering Level.
• Assist Quality Manager to support external/internal audits (FDA, ISO, Segment Audits, Customer Audits, etc.).
• Participate as team members on blitzes, six sigma projects, etc.
• Implement best quality practices.
• Prioritize quality and compliance minded solutions for area of responsibility.
• Contribute to attainment of budget goals by managing department spends.
