Salary: Up to $80k

Location/Schedule: Onsite daily in Mira Loma CA, Mon - Fri 1st shift

Requirements: B.S. in Chemistry, Bio Chem, Food Science or similar + 5 years of Quality experience + leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for food and beverage production.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SQF and HACCP standards.
• Train and supervise QA team members to uphold quality control measures.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all products meet FDA compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and audits.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Experience conducting audits and inspections in a food production environment.
• Familiarity with food microbiology and chemistry is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
