Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing with packaging knowledge.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and 21 CFR Part 820 audits.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar process-improvement knowledge.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Syspro or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of QA Inspectors through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
