Confidential Beverage Manufacturer in the Silver Spring, MD area is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will lead QA personnel both in the laboratory and on the production floor to ensure products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coaching your team, reviewing laboratory results, supporting audits, and partnering with plant departments to drive process improvements and maintain consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or comparable college or technical education in biology, chemistry, food science, health sciences, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA personnel, organize daily activities, and communicate expectations for quality, safety, and performance.
• Develop team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Partner with Production and other departments to resolve quality concerns and support food safety practices.
• Oversee assigned quality management programs, including documentation, training, and internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with product specifications, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and certification standards.
