Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Quality Assurance Associate for the manufacturing floor in Elwood, KS. The role supports daily QA activities, ensures compliance, and collaborates with manufacturing and process teams.

Evening and night shifts with rotating weekends are required. The ideal candidate has a Life Science degree (or equivalent) and hands-on QA experience in regulated environments, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Master's in Life Science preferred, with 3 years in regulated industry.
• Direct experience with QA in USDA/FDA/ISO environments.
• Knowledge of GMP principles and global drug manufacturing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Manufacturing to champion compliance and provide QA floor support.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Review and approve controlled documents (batch records, logs, autoclave cycles).
• Review change management, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
