Responsibilities

  • Report food safety and quality issues to authorized personnel.
  • Perform QA in-process inspections for each department/line per shift (paperwork, retain sample, code date/lot, weight, metal detection, labels, cleanliness, GMP).
  • Perform daily scale checks and deal with holds and releases according to policy.
  • Maintain QA supplies inventory and QA documents; prepare samples for production.
  • Conduct internal audits, magnet pull tests and metal detection tests; ensure GMP compliance.
