Gelest Inc., part of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group, is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Morrisville, PA. The role supports the Gelest Quality System through audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, and ongoing improvement of quality processes to strengthen operational performance. Hybrid onsite schedule required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical/quality discipline or related field.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
• Clear communication of technical quality information, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple audits and projects.

Responsibilities

• Host customer audits and prepare corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal audits of the Quality System.
• Evaluate non-conformances, analyze root causes, and manage corrective actions.
• Attend QSST meetings and fulfill responsibilities.
• Review and sign new batch records.
• Support continuous improvement activities and quality projects.
