Gelest, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Morrisville, PA. The role supports the Gelest Quality System and collaborates across departments to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a science or engineering background, strong data-analysis skills, and experience with ISO standards. Hybrid onsite/remote flexibility is available to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Training in Quality Management, Production processes, data collection or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid in development of continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain ISO compliance and interpret standards for the quality system.
• Support data collection and analysis for improvement projects.
• Assist in investigation of out-of-specification batches.
• Prepare quality documents and support testing related to customer feedback.
• Collaborate with ERP maintenance and cross-functional teams.
