Manual testing is an important part of Partner.co’s development pipeline, and you will play a large role in the execution of manual test cases.

What you'll do

  • Review and test all web projects, features, and bug fixes that come through the development queue to confirm that design specifications and requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with other QA Specialists in completing test cases and verifying code changes satisfy requirements and are at a high level of quality.
  • Report all bugs and issues found during testing in a timely and organized manner.
  • Complete manual regression testing audits to confirm core features/applications are functioning smoothly.
  • Help maintain Partner.co websites, tools, and services by investigating reported issues and bug reports.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills by completing test cases/projects on time.
  • Strong ability to self-motivate and think analytically.
  • Set high standards of performance for oneself.
  • Must be a team player and have a desire to learn.
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk throughout shift.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Education and Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required (some college preferred).
  • Experience with UI/UX design concepts, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles preferred.
  • Experience with using modern AI tools to improve and automate workflows is preferred.
  • Automated testing experience (Playwright, Selenium, etc.) a major plus.

Work Arrangement
