Job summary

RevOne Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform end-to-end testing of healthcare SaaS and PaaS products across RevOne applications. The role combines manual and automated testing, risk-based planning, and collaboration with product and engineering to ensure reliable, secure and user-friendly software prior to release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software quality assurance, software testing, or comparable product-quality experience.
• Experience testing healthcare technology, revenue-cycle applications, financial or insurance applications, or other software operating in a regulated or sensitive-data environment.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing of modern web-based SaaS and/or PaaS applications.
• Independent design of thorough tests from workflows, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, designs, and ambiguous info.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, exploratory, negative, API, cross-browser, and release-validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute risk-based test plans, test cases, scripts, automated tests, regression suites, exploratory scenarios, and release-readiness checklists.
• Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, smoke, exploratory, negative, cross-browser, and release-validation testing.
• Test complete workflows from user action through system processing, APIs and integrations, database updates, notifications, reporting, and final user-visible results.
• Validate web applications, SaaS/PaaS products, internal tools, client portals, APIs, data exchanges, and third-party integrations.
• Identify and document defects with steps, results, severity, and business impact; track till resolution.
