Job summary

Integrity Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to design, implement, and execute test plans for software and systems, with a focus on quality and performance.

You will develop automated tests, collaborate with developers, and contribute to SAFe/Agile ceremonies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software or system testing, experience with Selenium/JIRA, and familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software or system testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Agile, and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of healthcare system requirements and compliance standards such as HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, UAT and usability testing on software, hardware, and/or systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Prepare detailed test reports, including test results, defect analysis, and performance metrics.
