JobQA Specialist - EN > MTR/MSI

Position Title

QA Specialist – Taiwan (English to Traditional/Simplified Mandarin)

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct subtitle reviews for client content, English to Traditional/Simplified Mandarin
2. Ensure accuracy of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and intent is conveyed through subtitles
3. Follow appropriate escalation of any issues to be resolved and seek to understand and correct any language uncertainty

What you bring:

1. Extensive experience working in translation and experience subtitling and dubbing
2. Outstanding Mandarin and English language skills, both written and oral
3. Must be organized, diligent, and detail-oriented
4. Can apply good judgement and research when faced with ambiguous situations
5. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
6. Strong collaboration skills to ensure success across the team
7. Ability to work independently
8. You must be able to legally work in Taiwan.
