Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance/Functional Tester to develop and implement software quality assurance plans and testing procedures, providing advanced system testing support with strong automation and healthcare domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software quality assurance plans and test procedures conforming to contract requirements
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases from requirements using tools like HP QTP/UFT, Test Complete, or Selenium
- Design and execute test plans/cases using HP Quality Center/ALM for test case writing and defect management
- Lead technical testing efforts including functional and automated testing
- Design and support user interface testing and regression testing
- Provide defect status and quality metrics to the project manager for timely bug resolution
- Conduct audits, review/analyze data and documentation, and provide independent assessment of software development process compliance
- Test across browser web applications, mobile, web, and portal frameworks
- Provide production support by investigating and recreating reported defects
- Participate in design specification and technical documentation reviews; create testing summary reports
- Contribute to full SDLC (Agile and Waterfall) from requirements to deployment and production support
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience (15 years)
- Providing defect status and quality metrics to Project manager (11 years)
- Developing software quality assurance plans (11 years)
- Developing test plans and procedures (11 years)
- Automated test case design/execution using HP QTP/UFT, Test Complete, or Selenium (8 years)
- Test plan/case design and execution using HP Quality Center/ALM (8 years)
- Leading technical/functional/automated testing efforts (8 years)
- UI testing and regression testing support (8 years)
- Advanced SQL query writing (5 years)
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations business processes (5 years)
- Understanding of Oracle 11g or 12c Database (3 years)
