Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our quality program. The role focuses on audits, testing, and documenting results to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

You will support the QA process, perform regression tests on hardware and software, and generate clear reports. Flexibility for varied day/night schedules is required.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, relevant IT knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • General IT Support Knowledge; Basic computer and networking experience.
  • Experience with helping regression test hardware and software for bugs.
  • Experience auditing transaction reports.
  • Experience overseeing testing procedures.
  • Experience assisting and/or performing regression tests on hardware and software for bugs.
  • Experience auditing transaction reports.
  • Ability to listen and execute verbal instructions.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license and safe driving record.

Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for performing one or more quality-related functions within the company's quality program such as auditing, supporting, testing, and documenting results to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. This role's mission is to complete audits as per contract requirements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions, and moving traffic.
