Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Pursue foundational software quality certification and LOMA level 1.
• 1+ years in quality assurance, software testing, or related tech field.
• Exposure to development/testing tools: C#, PowerShell, Visual Studio, SQL, Selenium, Git, Playwright.
• Experience in testing software applications is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual, regression, API, and data validation tests for assigned work items and maintain accurate, comprehensive test documentation.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, defect details, and basic supporting test documentation.
• Collaborate in person and virtually with team members to clarify requirements, confirm expected behavior, and communicate quality risks.
• Contribute to basic automation, scripting, SQL validation, and repeatable testing practices as assigned.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly to support test design, documentation, analysis, and summaries while validating outputs.
• Analyze requirements, designs, data, and defects to identify quality risks, gaps, dependencies, and testing priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute SQL queries, API tests, data validation processes, scripts, and automated test solutions, while continuously enhancing testing assets, frameworks, and overall test efficiency.

What we need:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Quality, or a related technical field required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to pursue a foundational software quality certification and working toward LOMA level 1 designation.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, technical support, business systems, programming, or a related technology field preferred.
• Exposure to software development and testing tools and technologies, including:

• Experience supporting the development, testing, implementation, or maintenance of software applications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to learn and apply test automation concepts and tools.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL databases, APIs, Agile practices, and test management tools.

What we offer:

• Pay: The annual pay for this position is $57,000 - $91,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change at any time based on business needs.
