Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a QA Support Specialist to assist NSWCPD facilities, laboratories, and test sites with surveillance, audits, and documentation oversight. The role coordinates with Test Site QA to enforce welding/NDT standards and ensures proper reporting of inspections and non-conformances.

The candidate will develop procedures, witness tests, and perform on-site surveillance in line with project schedules, while collaborating with SMEs and program leadership. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years of QA work experience, standards, and protocols.
• Experience in developing and executing QA audits and surveillances to analyze processes.
• Basic understanding of documentation for welding and NDE; able to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with reporting quality-related determinations and comparing as-built to requirements.
• Effective communicator with proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight of new/modified test sites, facilities, and laboratories.
• Develop and recommend procedures and work instructions.
• Perform inspection and witness tests and report inspections of systems in production.
• Review quality systems, procedures, and in-process work processes.
• Develop surveillance attribute lists using drawings, specs, and standards.
• Attend weekly program meetings and report to Quality Manager.
• Support with trend analysis and special projects as needed.
• Communicate with SMEs, TPOCs, and work area managers for onsite surveillance.
