Job summary

US staffing Inc is seeking a QA / SDET to join our onsite banking domain teams in Columbus, OH and Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on test automation across web and API layers, enabling robust QA across the SDLC and strong defect tracing across multiple banking systems.

You will work with Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python, and API tools to validate complex digital banking workflows, CCaaS integrations, and enterprise admin tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with functional testing automation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python).
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proficient knowledge of Gradle, Maven, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, qTest, JMeter/LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of contact centre operations, digital banking workflows, and backend banking systems.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as CCaaS, Operations Desktop, and Admin Tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to trace defects across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).
• Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes.
