Job summary

Wise is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on SAR Reporting to provide objective assurance on our operational processes and controls. You will identify risks, assess materiality, and report outcomes, driving improvements in risk management and QA effectiveness across teams.

The role requires 2+ years in QA related to BSA/AML or SAR reporting, and fluency in English. You will work with case management systems, dashboards, and evolving AI tools to enhance our controls and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience related to BSA/AML or SAR reporting.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong risk assessment and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based reviews using test scripts and scorecards.
• Assess risk, materiality and root causes for findings.
• Communicate outcomes to stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Support KPIs and SLAs with timely QA feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and control functions.
