About The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director of Boarding & Maintenance, the Quality Assurance Representative II plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all QA processes within the Quality Assurance Department. This position ensures compliance with company standards by auditing merchant accounts, reviewing data accuracy, and supporting ongoing quality assurance initiatives across multiple systems including TSYS, PPM, and Fiserv.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain QA processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in merchant onboarding and account maintenance
  • Collect, review, and analyze merchant data across various systems including TSYS, PPM, and Fiserv
  • Review merchant account pricing for accuracy and correct discrepancies
  • Conduct regular audits for PCI compliance and data accuracy
  • Stay informed on company promotions and risk programs such as ZBR and Moderate Risk Program
  • Recommend enhancements to policies and procedures to improve QA processes
  • Adhere to company policies regarding quality assurance and compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in payment processing
  • Working knowledge of TSYS, PPM, and/or Fiserv systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research abilities with great attention to detail
  • Ability to independently manage workload and produce high-quality results
  • Knowledge of merchant pricing is preferred

This position is open to remote candidates residing in AZ, CA (outside LA metro), CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA.
