Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a QA Supervisor, Product Release to oversee product release activities for animal health vaccines, ensuring compliance with USDA 9 CFR and other global regulations. You will supervise release personnel, review documentation, and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to secure compliant product disposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related quality functions within biologics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or veterinary vaccine manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating quality activities, reviewing GMP documentation, and supporting product release or disposition processes.
• Previous experience supervising, leading, mentoring, or training personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Product Release personnel, promoting a compliant, quality-focused work environment.
• Coordinate daily product release activities to ensure timely reviews, disposition, and release of materials and finished products.
• Review and support submission of serials to the USDA in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Review batch records, production documentation, and quality records for completeness and compliance.
• Investigate deviations, discrepancies, and quality events with timely resolution.
