You will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and quality control measures to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program for electrical projects, including the review of project plans and specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Perform electrical testing, measurements, and functional checks to ensure the integrity, safety, and reliability of electrical systems.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any non‑conformance issues; prepare and submit comprehensive reports to project managers and clients.
• Ensure that all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and support to project personnel regarding quality and safety standards, fostering a culture of quality excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles within the electrical industry.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in the use of testing equipment and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• OSHA 10 or higher and other safety certifications are highly preferred.
