Atlas Tool Works, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System in Lyons, IL. You will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee the quality team, and collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers to meet part requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining a QMS that meets regulations.
• Experience leading quality teams and working cross-functionally.
• Strong customer and vendor communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Atlas's Quality QMS and document control.
• Oversee quality team and responsibilities.
• Evaluate vendors and participate in supplier audits.
• Coordinate receiving, in-process and final inspections and corrective actions.
• Report quality metrics to top management and drive continuous improvement.
