Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across our construction projects in Atlanta. You will develop quality plans, perform site inspections, and coordinate with GCs, engineering teams, and clients to uphold project standards.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 4+ years in project management or construction management, with CCM/PMP/PE/LEED preferred. Equal opportunity employer and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA or LEED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities across construction projects.
• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection/testing procedures, checklists, and doc processes.
• Perform site inspections and quality audits; track NCRs/punch-list and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with GCs, subs, engineering/design teams, commissioning teams and client stakeholders.
• Review installation docs, testing records, submittals and closeout documentation; large-scale projects preferred.
• Organize and maintain project team document control.
• Drive permitting process by designing team docs for submission to agencies.
