Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Quality Control Manager to direct all site quality control activities and manage the inspection staff.

Typically certified as Inspector Level II or III in various disciplines, you will lead efforts to uphold construction quality and compliance on major projects. You will collaborate with field teams to implement quality plans, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement through training, audits, and certifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline from an accredited college or university and 8 years related experience and/or training; or 10 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices (i.e., formwork, rebar, concrete placing, etc.).
• Quality assurance-related experience, preferably in the nuclear power industry (DOE/DOD facilities).
• Quality inspector experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable quality codes and standards, preferably NRC regulations.

Summary

The Quality Control Manager directs all site quality control activities and manages the inspection staff. Typically certified as Inspector Level II or III in various disciplines.
