FootBridge is seeking experienced QA/QC Managers, Construction Superintendents, or Project Managers to oversee field quality control activities on a large commercial construction project in Utah. The role focuses on inspections, adherence to drawings and specs, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction quality control or field supervision, with strong knowledge of inspections, documentation, and turnover processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction quality control or field supervision experience with significant quality oversight responsibilities.
• Experience as a QA/QC Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, inspections, and installation quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, identifying deficiencies, and managing corrective actions.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Utah.

Duration: 12+ months, with long-term extension potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 45–50 hours per week

Pay Range: $75–$90/hr. + Overtime

Travel: Two trips home per month, reimbursed up to $1,000 per trip. Rental vehicle expenses reimbursable.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced QA/QC Managers, Construction Superintendents, or Project Managers to oversee field quality control activities on a large commercial construction project.

The ideal candidate has strong construction field experience, understands inspection and quality control processes, and can coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project specifications. Candidates with strong field quality experience will be considered even if they have not held a formal QA/QC Manager title.
